i made like, 80 PNGs today. oh how i wish i had a junior designer to do such things. even when i had one, i didn’t subject her to such treachery and potential repetitive stress disorder. or maybe i did and i just don’t remember.
anyway, if i had one now, i would totally be cracking the whip, WHOP-CHING! anyone know anyone looking?
i’ve got a post it note on my monitor instructing me to “don’t think, just do” right now. due to my frustration, i’ve been having a hard time keeping up momentum on this particular project, but seeing as how we’re so far into the process and i’ve already aired my grievances (to no avail) i figure i’ve got nothing left to do but plow through it and not let my personal feelings affect me.
now, where’s that goddamned light a the end of the tunnel…
…and its “sibling-rival” serious sans. i thought the most interesting bit was that the creators of serious sans found that comic sans’s “doggedly goofy font’s irregular forms made it one of the easiest typefaces for dyslexics to read.” weird.

is it just me, or does the itunes radio stream for indie 103.1 play the same station promo over and over and over again? i’m letting it kinda coast in the background of my day, but i keep hearing the same snippet that’s all “music is my boyfriend! music is my girlfriend!” i’m not entirely conviced that they are playing any music whatsoever.
so in the end, i had a broken bearing in my transmission. grand total to replace, $2,242. i had actuallly mentally prepared myself to pay upwards of $4,000 to replace the whole transmission, so this is actually a bit of a relief.
