is it weird that they tell you not to take tylenol (acetaminophen) withalcohol, but they put acetamininophen IN alcohol and call it nyquil?

here’s a secret about me (well, no not really.) I can’t go to sleep inbed comfortably with feet that feel even remotely dirty. i took ashower earlier tonight and just tried to go to sleep but had to go washmy feet in the tub. clean feet rawk.

so, um, what predates freedom exactly, and what was the greatestacheivement prior to that? sounds like a meaningless catch phrase tome.

saw a screening of appleseed at the egyptian last night. it opens in limited releasethis friday in most major cities across the US. despite being dubbed(blech) and having some confusing bits, i still recommend that peoplecheck it out if they can. it touches upon some pretty compelling issuesregarding the nature of war, the ability to change the course of one’sfuture, as well as the ethics behind man exploiting other life forms tosuit his own needs. the animation was done in CG, with backgroundsgiven 3D-style dimensionality, while the characters themselves wererendered in a more 2D style, giving the movie it’s own “look,” thoughfor the most part, i ended up feeling like i was watching someoneplaying a video game. so yeah, that’s my shameless plug.

spent a quiet night in with friends from high school on new years eve,which just reaffirmed the fact that i come from nerdish roots. it seemslike everyone is doing their PhDs, MDs, going to law school etc. i’vemade it my goal to become wildly successful or be happily married by my10th year high school reunion. no one really drinks from that group,but i managed to get quite drunk on five glasses of wine, followed by agame of BANG! which i can only describe as what i imagine magic cardsto be like (told you i come from nerdish roots.)

a variety of new years resolutions this year, none of which i willremember this time next year. the resolution to focus on today is: iwill not hate on anyone for being happy. I WILL NOT HATE ON ANYONE FORBEING HAPPY. *inhale* *exhale*
